The legal basis of the processing is the execution of the contract of which you are a party and/ or consent given by you to the processing.
The personal data in the possession of GREG S.r.l. are processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and confidentiality obligations and principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency.
3. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal to reply:
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A is mandatory; in the event of failure to provide data we cannot guarantee the services referred to in art. 2.A.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.B is optional, so you can decide not to give any data or subsequently deny the possibility of processing data already provided: in that case you can no longer be contacted.
4. Methods of treatment:
The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2 EU Regulation n. 679/2016 and precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
Your data are subject to both paper and electronic and automated processing, in compliance with an internal procedure and technical measures to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data.
The personal data will be kept for a period of time no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes listed and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship.
