Refund policy

The Purchaser cannot exercise the right of withdrawal, because pursuant to art. 59 letter C of the Consumer Code, the subject of the contract will be goods packaged (made to order/made to measure) exclusively upon specific requests and clear customization of each individual buyer. The customization will cover for example, but not exhaustive: 

for outerwear: choice of model, choice of fabric, choice of lining and buttons, application of initials embroidered by hand etc.. ;

for shirts: choice of model, choice of fabric, hand embroidered initials and pleats;

for trousers: choice of model, choice of fabric, choice of front closure, leg length and bottom width on sizes provided by the customer;

Therefore, each item will be unique and consequently for GREG S.r.l. absolutely unsuskeptical of sale to other consumer/ buyer.

GREG S.r.l. only allows cancellation of an order if it has been made within 24 hours. After this time span, GREG S.r.l., can no longer cancel the order as its production has begun and costs incurred (fabrics, tailor time, etc.)
