Shipping policy
1. Subject of the contract and availability of the products
GREG S.r.l. offers tailor-made clothing and accessories made to order and made to measure for both men and women. On the Website, you will find detailed product descriptions and visualizations of the products that can be acquired. While we try to accurately display the colors of our products on the Website, the actual colors you see depend on your monitor and settings of your screen, and we thus cannot guarantee that the colors displayed by your monitor will be exactly the same color of the product at the time of delivery and/or receiving. So:
- The variations in manufacturing processes, the settings of your monitor and your computer hardware can affect fabrics and product designs, which means that the delivered products may be slightly different in appearance to those shown and described on the Website;
- All products/fabrics of GREG S.r.l. are subject to availability, therefore it is not always possible to make all orders. In such cases, the customer will be informed as soon as possible if an ordered product is not available according to the specifications requested and, if he accepts it, an alternative product of equivalent quality will be offered, higher or of the same value with the specifications requested by the customer;
- Please keep in mind that your order:
- will only be processed if you have placed the order correctly and we received authorization from your payment card.
- will be shipped only if the garments, properly made, have passed the meticulous quality control of GREG S.r.l..
2. Limitations of liability
The average shipping time is 28 working days from the payment date. The provided shipping date is an estimated date and not an ensured one. Due to external factors, the delivery date could be different from the confirmed date. GREG S.r.l guarantees shipping except in situations, events or circumstances that are beyond our control (i.e.: absent customer, weather conditions, errors in shipping information, delays attributable to couriers, legal proceedings, interruption of the courier service due to public holidays, Interruption of the packaging process during public holidays or in the closing periods for holidays – the latter indicatively from 23/12 to 10/01, during the Easter Holidays, from 30/07 to 05/09- etc...).
